01 Acceptance of Terms

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits made to your 8f88 account must come from a payment method that is registered in your own name. 8f88 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit within your 8f88 account. 8f88 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — this is outside 8f88's control.

Withdrawal requests on 8f88 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus funds must meet their wagering requirements before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.

05 Betting Rules

8f88 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed in error — including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error in odds compilation. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed, except where 8f88 explicitly offers a cash-out feature for that market.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets placed before a suspension are valid; bets cannot be placed during a suspension.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed within the betting interface on 8f88.
• 8f88 reserves the right to limit the betting activity of any account at its discretion, including restricting maximum stake amounts.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

08 Account Suspension and Closure

8f88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests made through the responsible gaming tools.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as a player-initiated closure — the remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after any outstanding verification requirements are met.
